Novotel is top tier! All of the staff was amazing. Rafael at Sky Leme was amazing, funny and provided excellent customer service! The drinks and food were delicious. The DJ played great music. 10/10 experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a fabulous stay at the Novotel Leme in Rio. Great location, 1 street off the beach. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Beautiful rooftop pool and delicious breakfast. Klayr in particular was unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Would love to come and stay again but it is a very very long way from the UK. No notes.

Rafael was super helpful and with Julia they are able to communicate in english too to make you feel more comfortable ! Rooftop magnificent with one of the best view in Leme. Thank you for the service I will come back soon and maybe try the pool in the rooftop!

Not a great place to stay

This hotel was chosen by our tour company for our two-night stay in Rio. We thought it would be a good hotel. The reception staff were not very welcoming. Our double room was poor. There were lot of dead insects in the bathroom basin and shower and the towels were threadbare. The Air-conditioning unit was so noisy we had to turn it off at night. The lifts were subject to long delays; two lifts serving 21 floors that you call separately, where keycards were needed to access most floors and sometimes stopped working meant that we were unable to access the correct floor. Breakfast was chaotic with nowhere to sit. The food offering and coffee were reasonable though. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent as was the wine. The service was very good. The restaurant had a nicer ambience than it did at breakfast. The view from the rooftop is lovely. The location is great and close to everything including Marius restaurant which is a wonderful place to experience and eat.

Weekend in Rio

Had a great weekend with my wife at the Novotel Leme. Location is excellent and chill. Belmonte bar is right next to the hotel. Cozy room, rooftop with a nice beach view and the service. Bellman Bernardo was very friendly and helped us storing our luggage, Denize and Roberto went the extra mile to help us out during breakfast. The only constructive feedback is improving the agility at the reception as there often slow lineups. Overall, it was a nice experience.
